Hanna Rosyidah, S.H. graduated from the Faculty of Law at Universitas Airlangga with a GPA of 3.74 and is currently pursuing an LL.M. at Universitas Gadjah Mada. She joined Janis & Associates in October 2024. Prior to joining the firm, she gained substantial legal experience at the Government Institution, where she handled civil and state administrative matters, as well as at a private law firm, where she actively supported litigation proceedings from file review through to court hearings. Armed with expertise in litigation and corporate law, she possesses strong legal research and drafting skills, a sharp attention to detail, and a proven ability to work under pressure in fast-paced legal environments. She is adept in preparing court documents, developing case strategies, and representing clients across a range of civil and criminal matters.

Assisted a BUMN client in a criminal case involving alleged fraud and/or embezzlement (Case No. 7/Pid.B/2026/PN.Bdg) before the Bandung District Court.

Assisted a client in a tort lawsuit dispute before the North Jakarta District Court, with a dispute value exceeding IDR 31 billion.

Represented a private corporate client in preparing responses to a legal notice (somasi) concerning the validity of a notarial deed.

Successfully represented a defendant in a civil case (No. 420/PDT/G/2024/PN.JKT.Tim) before the East Jakarta District Court, with a disputed value exceeding IDR 10 billion.

Assisted in a corruption case (No. 21/Pid.Sus-TPK/2025/PN.Jkt.Pst) before the Corruption Crime Court at the District Court of Central Jakarta, providing comprehensive legal support throughout all stages of the proceedings.

Represented a client in issuing a summons for breach of contract, demanding either fulfillment of a promised Umrah trip or a refund of the paid fees.
